Privacy Policy

LocalPulse IT is a Fort Worth, Texas digital-service business founded by Michael Graves. We build staged local marketing, Google Business Profile, and lead-to-appointment systems for trades in Fort Worth and across Dallas–Fort Worth.

This policy covers localpulse.it.com and the service conversations and payments that follow.

What we collect

When you email us, call us, or pay for a product, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Payment information, processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

We may also keep the content of messages you send — project details, access notes, or photos you choose to send when Stage 1 work needs them.

Why we collect it

• Answer inquiries and set up work
• Process payment through Stripe
• Deliver the products you buy
• Send account, billing, and service messages
• Meet tax and record-keeping duties

We do not sell personal data

LocalPulse IT does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not run a list-resale business. We do not add analytics or ad pixels on this site.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes payments on its own platform. If you complete a Stripe checkout, Stripe’s terms and privacy policy apply to the card data you enter there. We use email and phone to talk to you.

No physical shipping

This is a digital / service business. We do not ship goods and we do not collect a street address for delivery. Our public location is Fort Worth, TX. We do not publish a street address.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and billing records as needed to run your account and meet legal duties. On a confirmed offboarding request we delete or anonymize client data we no longer need to keep.

This site

The public site is a static marketing site. It does not use analytics cookies or trackers. Stripe’s own checkout, if you use it, is Stripe’s page.
