Terms of Service

These terms cover use of localpulse.it.com and purchase of LocalPulse IT products. LocalPulse IT is a Fort Worth, Texas digital-service business founded by Michael Graves. We serve Fort Worth first and Dallas–Fort Worth.

What we sell

Staged local marketing, Google Business Profile, and lead-to-appointment systems for trades. The featured stack is Stage 1 Growth plus Stage 3 Full Lead-to-Appointment Engine. The current offer is Growth, Growth+, and Full Lead-to-Appointment Engine. Other items on the pricing page are listed for reference and are not currently offered. Listed prices control. These terms do not change them.

Digital / service only

We do not sell or ship physical goods. Delivery is system go-live: the purchased system working on your accounts after the conditions below. There is no carton and no carrier.

Pay is not deliver

Payment received does not start work. Delivery and the 7-day clock start only after all of the following are true:

1. Payment is received.
2. The Master Service Agreement (MSA) is signed.
3. First-N is Approved or N/A. First-N is LocalPulse IT’s internal go-live review for early clients of a product.
4. You have granted the access we need (Google Business Profile, calendar, lead sources, and similar).
5. Photos are requested, and received if Stage 1 work needs them.

Until those are met, a paid order is not in delivery. A signed MSA is required. Payment without a signed MSA does not authorize us to start.

Live in 7 days

Every system has a live-in-7-days guarantee. If it is not working, we keep working free until it is. That is the same guarantee on the homepage. Work and the 7-day clock start only after paid, MSA signed, First-N Approved or N/A, access granted, and photos requested (received if Stage 1 needs them). These terms add no other warranty.

Your part

Grant access. Answer photo and content requests when Stage 1 applies. Keep a working email and phone on the account. Clock time does not run against us while we are waiting on your access or photos.

Fees and cancel

To cancel a subscription, email localpulseit@gmail.com or call (817) 696-9203 with 30-day notice. Payment does not start work. Refunds are decided by LocalPulse IT. See the refund, cancellation, and fulfillment page.

Use of the site

The site and systems are for legitimate local-service businesses. Do not use them for unlawful activity. Do not scrape or overload the site.

Texas / Fort Worth

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Fort Worth, Texas is the place of business for contact and venue. We do not publish a street address.
