Refunds, cancellation, and fulfillment

This page is the refund, cancellation, and fulfillment policy for LocalPulse IT. LocalPulse IT is a Fort Worth, Texas digital-service business founded by Michael Graves. Prices stay on the pricing page; this page does not change them.

Fulfillment — no shipping

We do not ship physical goods. There is nothing to return by mail. Fulfillment is system go-live: the purchased system is live after payment is received, access is granted, the MSA is signed, and First-N is Approved or N/A. If Stage 1 applies, photos must also be requested, and received when the work needs them.

Payment received is not fulfillment. Pay is not deliver. Payment does not start work.

When work and the 7-day clock start

Delivery and the 7-day clock start only after all of the following:

1. Paid
2. MSA signed
3. First-N Approved or N/A
4. Access granted
5. Photos requested, and received if Stage 1 needs them

First-N is LocalPulse IT’s internal go-live review for early clients of a product. Pending First-N does not start the clock.

How to cancel a subscription

Email localpulseit@gmail.com or call (817) 696-9203 with 30-day notice. Say which product to stop. We do not require a web portal.

Refunds

No physical returns

There is no product to ship back. Charge disputes about a digital system should come to us first at the same email or phone so we can check MSA, access, and First-N status.

Live-in-7-days guarantee

If the system is not working, we keep working free until it is. That is the homepage guarantee. Work and the 7-day clock start only after paid, MSA signed, First-N Approved or N/A, access granted, and photos requested (received if Stage 1 needs them). This page does not add a cash warranty or any other promise.
